Youth Health Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to young people at the Keystone State Challenge Academy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled RN to make a positive impact on the lives of teenagers in a residential program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nursing services, conducting daily sick calls, and assessing medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide registered nursing services to 100-140 youth aged 16-18 in a residential setting.
• Conduct daily sick calls and assess medical needs to ensure overall health and welfare of Cadets.

Requirements:

• Active authorization to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• A First Aid and Safety Certificate from the American Red Cross, as well as a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate.
• Pass a background investigation.
