About the Role

This is a 3rd Shift opportunity for a Bandsaw Shear Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting our bandsaw and shear equipment.

You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain bandsaw and shear equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks on products
  • Collaborate with production team to optimize workflows
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Flexibility to work overtime
