Industrial Metalworker

We're seeking a skilled Industrial Metalworker to join our team in Shelbyville, KY. As a 2nd Shift Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and strong mechanical skills. You'll be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery, as well as performing quality control checks on finished products.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with metal fabrication equipment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also essential, as you'll work closely with other operators and maintenance personnel to achieve production goals.

• Operate metal fabrication equipment, including bandsaws and drill presses
• Maintain machinery and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Perform quality control checks on finished products
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment and resolve problems efficiently
• Collaborate with other operators and maintenance personnel to achieve production goals

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in metalworking preferred
• Experience working with metal fabrication equipment and performing quality control checks
• Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
