Key Responsibilities

This role will involve working on a diverse range of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies to design, construction, and operations & maintenance. Responsibilities include:
  • Drinking Water: managing projects related to supply sources, treatment processes, storage solutions, and distribution systems.
  • Wastewater: overseeing collection, conveyance, and treatment systems during schematic design, detailed design, and construction phases.
  • Civil/Site: engaging in site layout and design, including grading, storm drainage, roadway design, and water and sewer infrastructure, along with erosion and sediment control measures.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to:
  • Maintain a strong commitment to technical excellence through detailed engineering calculations and analyses.
  • Lead the creation of construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  • Adhere to established budgets and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate project execution with other engineering and architectural departments within the firm.
  • Prepare construction drawings and specifications for public bidding.
  • Foster relationships with both internal and external clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant consulting and design experience.
  • Strong skills in client relations and technical writing.
  • Ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $130,000 annually.

Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, specialization, education, geography, and certifications, without regard to any protected characteristics. Please note that the indicated salary does not encompass other forms of compensation or benefits.
