Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Structural Project Engineer to join our team in Boise. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of structural projects, ensuring that they meet our clients' requirements and expectations.
  2. Design and Engineering: Prepare detailed engineering designs and calculations for a variety of projects, utilizing your expertise in structural engineering to ensure that they are accurate and effective.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project success.
  4. Quality Control: Participate in proactive quality control measures, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  2. Professional Certification: Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time frame.
  3. Experience: 3+ years of experience in structural engineering.
  4. Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
