About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a seasoned attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a broad range of litigation matters related to real estate and property law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Handle a variety of real estate and property litigation matters, including disputes and negotiations.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, draft legal documents, and manage discovery.
  • Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
  • Collaborate with our team to devise effective litigation strategies and maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be barred in the state.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong emphasis on real estate and property law.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of cases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in all Microsoft applications, legal research software, and case management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Strong track record of court appearances, depositions, and mediations, with a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing deadlines.
