Job Summary

As an Outpatient Psychiatrist with our organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality psychiatric treatment and medication management to program consumers. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric treatment and medication management to program consumers
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Participate in critical case reviews and ensure that staff members adhere to psychiatry productivity standards
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in our electronic health record system
  • Provide consultative and educational services to staff members on current psychiatric knowledge and best practices
Requirements
