Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Olesky. As a key member of our community-based services, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric treatment and medication to program consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychiatric treatment and medication to program consumers
  • Supervise and collaborate with prescribing staff members
  • Complete annual evaluations of psychiatry and APN staff members
  • Participate in critical case reviews and ensure adherence to psychiatry productivity standards
  • Document, prescribe, and collaborate on therapy notes via EHR
  • Cultivate a culture of care delivery through team collaboration and discussion
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, team lead, case workers, and physician teams across clinics
  • Meet regularly with program staff to discuss consumer progress
  • Provide consultative and educational services to staff members on consumer and psychiatric knowledge
  • Meet with the Medical Director to discuss pertinent issues
