Receptionist for Animal Care

Helen Woodward Animal Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Receptionist for Animal Care to join our team.
About the Role:- Work in a fast-paced animal care environment, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. As a Receptionist for Animal Care, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, responding to communications, and maintaining accurate client and animal records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate client and animal records, including medical history, vaccination records, and treatment plans.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling monetary transactions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Communicate hospital policies and procedures effectively to the public in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and care for animals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months receptionist experience, preferably with multi-line phones or other customer service experience.
- Basic computer knowledge required, including proficiency in software applications and online systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently, with attention to detail and organization.
