**Job Title:** Registered Behavior Technician
**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Soliant. This role will involve providing high-quality support to students with special needs in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to help students achieve their goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a collaborative and effective team approach.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with students, families, and educators to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
**Requirements:**
- Active RBT certification from the BACB.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Behavior Specialist role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
