About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager/Architect to lead and manage a diverse range of architecture projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and architecture, with expertise in AutoCAD and a robust understanding of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage architecture projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD to create detailed architectural designs and plans.
  • Oversee all stages of the project life cycle, including conception, design, construction, and completion.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to design plans and safety standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on architectural design and construction to team members and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects, designers, and construction personnel.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure all projects are compliant and innovative.
  • Develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules, and present them to clients and stakeholders.
  • Address any project issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare facility projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in relation to architecture.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
