Position Overview:
As a key leader within Cardinal Health, the Community Pharmacy Director will oversee the operations of a 340B community pharmacy integrated within a health center. This role is vital in enhancing pharmaceutical care in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with health center leadership to establish pharmacist-led clinical services.
  • Develop and execute collaborative practice agreements aimed at improving medication adherence among high-risk patients.
  • Ensure compliance with 340B regulations and best practices in pharmacy operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and received.
  • Implement policies for safe dispensing and labeling of prescriptions.
  • Ensure the security of the pharmacy area and manage unauthorized access.
  • Oversee the Continuous Quality Improvement Plan to enhance patient safety and minimize medication errors.
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary pharmacy environment.
  • Act as the Pharmacist in Charge, ensuring adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
  • 3-5 years of pharmacy management experience.
  • Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Immunization Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, English) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with 340B programs is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
Anticipated salary range is $108,300 - $162,395, with eligibility for bonuses. Cardinal Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
