Overview

Position: Culinary Team Member - Part Time
Location: Gallito, Tampa, FL
Compensation: $17 - $23 / Hourly

We are seeking a part-time Culinary Team Member to join our vibrant and enthusiastic team. Our ideal candidate is someone who communicates effectively, shows genuine care for others, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the organization and preparation of kitchen stations
  • Preparing various food items, including cleaning, chopping ingredients, and cooking items such as burgers, chicken, fries, and more
  • Collaborating with servers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking tools, as well as properly storing equipment at the end of shifts
  • Adhering to food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper kitchen operation and hygiene

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of culinary experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and active listening abilities
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Outstanding time management skills
