Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Landscape Designer to join our team in San Antonio. As a Senior Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for leading design teams and contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design teams and contribute to the development of design concepts and solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage and mentor junior designers and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and apply this knowledge to design projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, urban design or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field
  • Strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
