Monday to Friday

Qualifications:
Be the Exceptional Hospice Nurse Practitioner You Aspire to Be
If you possess these qualifications, we are eager to connect with you:
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Preferred one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Required Certifications and Licensure
- Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the relevant state
- Active DEA license in the state of service
- Maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical capacity, preferred
- Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various business locations
- Comply with the regulations and requirements of the state(s) where services are provided

Posted Salary Range:
USD $115,000.00 - USD $135,000.00 /Yr.
