We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy and growing primary care practices in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work-life balance. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions, and our providers work together to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to patients in our outpatient practices
  • Collaborate with our hospitalist team to ensure seamless transitions of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Board certification in a relevant specialty
  • Current licensure in the state of New York
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
