Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of medical-surgical nursing experience, with a focus on hemodialysis or ICU care. Successful completion of a training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis is required. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and new technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
