Job Title: Outpatient Dialysis Coordinator

Job Summary:

Fresenius Medical Care North America is seeking an experienced Outpatient Dialysis Coordinator to join our team. As an Outpatient Dialysis Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and services in the outpatient dialysis department. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and referrals
  • Manage patient flow and optimize clinic operations
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • At least one year of experience in outpatient dialysis nursing or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
