Job Summary:

As a Travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will use your expertise to take medical images of patients for diagnostic purposes. You will work in a hospital, outpatient center, private practice, imaging center, or other healthcare facility, preparing patients for ultrasound, operating ultrasound equipment, processing images for radiologists and physicians, and handling patient records.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound procedures to obtain diagnostic images of patients
  • Prepare patients for ultrasound exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images
  • Process images for radiologists and physicians to aid in diagnosis
  • Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recent experience as an ultrasonographer
  • ARDMS Certification
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license (if applicable)
