Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
  • Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current vehicle models, features, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with sales team members to ensure a smooth sales process and provide support as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong computer skills.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) required.
