Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical and administrative tasks, including patient rooming and postoperative care.
- Manage patient inquiries and triage calls effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures across multiple healthcare facilities.
- Engage in various back-office functions to support daily operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service abilities, a genuine desire to assist patients, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining a positive demeanor. Previous medical experience is essential, with orthopaedic experience being a significant advantage. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
