As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing MRI equipment and examination rooms, administering starter IVs, and utilizing power injectors for exams requiring IV contrast. You will also participate in a structured training program to learn the principles of MRI technology, safety protocols, and patient care procedures.
Requirements:
- Certification - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registered in radiography or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMIT) or Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification 18 months upon acceptance of the offer.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Start
- Licensure - None required
- Experience - 2 years of clinical working experience
- Education - High school diploma or equivalent
