Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues
  • Process and manage customer transactions, including policy changes and renewals
  • Stay up-to-date on company underwriting guidelines and rules for all carriers
  • Participate in sales calls to provide new business quotations and support sales efforts
  • Prepare and deliver reports on new business production and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Valid Fire and Casualty license or Personal Lines Broker/Agent license issued by the state of California, Department of Insurance
