  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Revit on professional projects
  • Proficient in drafting across all design phases, from Schematic Design to Construction Administration
  • Expertise in producing detailed construction documents and collaborating with various consultants and engineers

Work Environment:

  • Organizational Structure: A close-knit NYC office with 12 members, part of a larger national team of over 200 employees
  • Team Dynamics: Typical project teams consist of 4-5 staff members
