Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled NDT Level II Technician to join our team at Acuren. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing to ensure the quality and integrity of critical assets.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and calibrate non-destructive testing equipment to ensure accurate results.
  • Conduct tests to detect discontinuities and defects using various NDT methods.
  • Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, adhering to strict safety regulations.
  • Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications and standards, evaluating results to ensure quality.
  • Organize and report test results, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Perform specialized inspections and may instruct and supervise others.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college preferred.
  • NDT Level II Certification - MT, PT, VT, UTT.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections.
  • Knowledge of NDT equipment.
