Job Title: Senior NDT RT Technician

Acuren Inspection is seeking a highly skilled Senior NDT RT Technician to support our operations in Savannah, GA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) and radiography inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of critical assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Conduct radiography inspections using various NDT methods to detect defects and discontinuities.
  • Establish and maintain strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Apply testing criteria and evaluate results to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Interpret radiographs and other inspection data to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Organize and report test results to stakeholders.
  • Perform specialized inspections and provide expert guidance to junior technicians.
  • May instruct and supervise others to ensure consistent quality and adherence to procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college preferred.
  • NDT Level II Certification in RT.
  • Preference given to candidates with CR/DR experience and certification.
  • Industrial Radiography Radiation Safety Personnel (IRRSP) or applicable agreement state card.
  • Additional NDT certifications considered an asset.
  • Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections.
