Job Summary
NVIDIA's Vulnerability Operations team is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our team. As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and conducting assessments while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers.
About the Role
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products, including web applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation pipelines. You will be responsible for conducting open-box penetration testing assessments, making friends with product owners to scope and schedule assessments, and prioritizing assessments based on criticality and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct open-box penetration testing assessments on a variety of products, including web applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation pipelines.
- Make friends with product owners to scope and schedule assessments.
- Prioritize assessments based on criticality and customer needs.
- Communicate the Pentest team's assessment bandwidth and timeline to customers.
- Participate in Table Top Exercises to generate nightmare scenarios with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of adversarial experience at a company or organization.
- Proven intrapersonal skills, specifically trustworthy speaking.
- Growth Mindset where every single day brings opportunities to tackle new problems.
- Helpful demeanor.
- Automation skills or experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or other automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Burp Suite Mastery or Red Team Experience as an operator.
- Offensive Security focused research, being published is a bonus, CVEs are a bonus.
- Validated passion projects or engaging personal projects on Git, security conference speaking, blog posts, or presentations.
- Certs: OSWE or similar.
What We Offer
NVIDIA offers a competitive salary range of $132,000 - $258,750, based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
