Thriveworks, a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states, is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Jersey City, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients
  • Establish and maintain a full clinical caseload within the first 90 days
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A license as a LCSW in New Jersey
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, we provide:
