Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to $65,600 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Job Description

As a Part Time Mental Health Therapist at Thriveworks, you will be responsible for providing a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Jersey City, NJ. You will work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support our clinicians to excel in their roles.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have one of the following independent licenses in New Jersey: LCSW or LMFT or LPC, Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD). Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. We require individuals who are willing to see a minimum of 15 sessions per week, have strong character matters such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care, and enjoy being part of a team and working together to professionally develop.
