Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Professional

**Job Overview:**
LONG Building Technologies is a leading provider of innovative HVAC solutions. We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Professional to join our team.
**Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure small mechanical service projects by marketing and selling targeted repair solutions to property managers and building owners.
- Detect issues with commercial HVAC systems, recommend and sell necessary repairs or parts replacements, and ensure optimal system operation.
- Work with operations, finance, legal, and other resources as needed to obtain the sale.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- 1+ years of sales-related work experience.
- Moderate related technical and financial expertise.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
- Understanding of HVAC, energy management, engineering, installation, and construction procedures.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and computer skills.
**Benefits:**
- Estimated salary range $60,000 - $75,000 plus commission.
