Hardware Test Engineer

- Design and execute hardware testing plans to ensure product reliability and quality.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with HW/SW Engineering to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address hardware failures.
- Support aerospace-based product developments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of hardware testing experience, including in-flight Wi-Fi technology.
- Knowledge of basic circuit, RF, and digital HW design practices.
- Experience with Reliability Prediction and Accelerated Life Testing.
- Proficiency with SW development tools for Lab automation (e.g., LabView).
- Familiarity with RF/Microwave Operation and Design.
- Experience using Internet Protocol test tools (AXIA IX Load, Spirent Avalanche & Landslide, iPerf, SamKnows).
- Aerospace-related experience in SatCom and internet connectivity.
- Process-related experience (ISO9000/AS9100).
- Ability to perform Reliability predictions using PTC Windchill.
- Competitive hourly rate: $60.00 to $80.00 per hour.
