Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary care partners, and patients/families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Speech Language Pathology services to meet the needs of patients and families
  • Collaborate with physicians, primary care partners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Assist in direct patient care and provide education to patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in Speech Language Pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) in Speech Language Pathology
  • Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
  • National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and credentials in sub-specialty areas
