Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at the Juneau School District. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing integrated therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess the needs of students with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of students
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to promote inclusive education and support students with diverse needs
Provide training and support to teachers on strategies for supporting students with speech and language disorders

Requirements:

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Valid Alaska Type C special services certificate with speech endorsement
Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
