Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Essex Meadows Inc. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our community, ensuring that our residents live in a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform housekeeping and laundry functions throughout the community, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recyclables, and restocking supplies.
  • Exemplify high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization at all times, adhering to our community's standards and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, colleagues, and visitors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
