Caregiver for Morning Shifts in West Suburban Boston

FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston is seeking a compassionate caregiver for morning short shifts in the Newton area. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and gentle, with experience working with the elderly. They should be comfortable with personal care, have dementia experience, and be able to drive clients to and from activities.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday morning short shifts
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a one-on-one setting and continuously learn new skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
