Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restoration Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Cleveland Metro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our restoration services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to identify areas of concern and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Restoration Services: Provide a range of restoration services, including cleaning, demolition, and reconstruction, to ensure properties are restored to their pre-loss condition.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on restoration progress and ensure their needs are met.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve restoration goals and ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Restoration Knowledge: Knowledge of restoration principles and practices, including IICRC training and designations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a dynamic restoration environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
