Stability Direct is seeking a skilled RN Case Management Manager to lead their nursing team in Valhalla, New York.

Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the delivery of quality services in accordance with established hospital and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assure employee compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Ensure staff orientation, competency, and continuing education requirements are met as per regulatory needs
  • Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage for safe patient care and prevent delays in discharge
  • Develop and submit operating and capital budgets, reporting variances on a monthly basis
  • Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives, attending meetings and submitting reports as required
  • Maintain knowledge and expertise in department operations and needs through ongoing education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, promoting effective communication and cooperative spirit throughout the organization
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field
  • Current licensure as an RN in the State of New York
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in case management, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and direct staff effectively
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, as well as private health insurance operations
Benefits
  • Estimated annual salary: $125,359.07 - $188,049.62

  • A sign-on bonus of $10,000 is also offered.
