Job Summary
Job & Vous is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for executing computer-aided and hand take-off estimates of structural steel components. This will include an understanding and ability to labor standard components. Tasks will include the development of supporting documentation for the preparation of a complete estimate.

Key Responsibilities
Perform take-offs of all types of structural steel components and typical detail requirements.
Review vendor and sub-tier quotes to ensure scope compliance with contract documents.
Produce estimate summaries identifying basic and special requirements for the required scope of work such as buy-out items.

Requirements
At least five (5) years' experience in the structural steel industry in a similar role.
Understanding of means and methods of the steel fabrication and steel erection process.
Construction experience.
