Claims Processor

At Dry Force Corp, we are seeking a skilled Claims Processor to join our Reconstruction Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and comparing estimates from in-house estimators and insurance companies, providing scope-of-work splits for subcontractors, and revising estimates as needed using Xactimate. You will also serve as a liaison between insurance agents, project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners via phone and email, ensuring the integrity of customer data in Dash software and maintaining proper documentation via DocuSign.

Responsibilities:

• Process and compare estimates from in-house estimators and insurance companies
• Provide scope-of-work splits for subcontractors
• Revise estimates on an as-needed basis using Xactimate
• Liaison between insurance agents, project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners via phone and email
• Ensure the integrity of customer data in Dash software
• Maintain proper documentation via DocuSign
• Oversee the administration of Reconstruction Work Authorizations, Material Selection, Estimates
• Schedule initial walkthroughs with homeowners and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience utilizing Xactimate or DASH preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in a claims processing environment preferred
• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at our Irving office
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Bilingual in Español is a big plus

Physical Setting:

• Office in Irving

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Xactimate: 2 years (Preferred)
• Claims Processing: 2 years (Preferred)
