Renal Transplant Nurse

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Renal Transplant & Urology-Progressive Care Unit (STC-3) team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities- Manage complex patient care, including renal and pancreatic transplants, ESRD, and peritoneal dialysis
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and treatment options
- Participate in unit-based councils and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role
