We are seeking a dynamic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our pediatric Outpatient Clinic in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in a pediatric outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address identified areas of need
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Wisconsin
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
