About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Speech and Language Pathologist to join our pediatric Outpatient Clinic in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in a pediatric outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in speech and language skills
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address identified areas of need
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Wisconsin
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care
