Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of a therapeutic environment tailored to the needs of at-risk youth, aligning with individual and family requirements, agency policies, and external standards.
  • Ensure program operations comply with relevant licensing, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Establish a quality review process and initiate actions to enhance service quality, alongside periodic evaluations of program operations and development.
  • Oversee the accurate, strength-based, and culturally sensitive completion of all service components within designated timeframes throughout the client's engagement.
  • Ensure timely, precise, and professional documentation of all service and program activities.
  • Actively engage in developing and implementing appropriate client and program outcome measures, producing reports on statistical and client outcome indicators to achieve established goals.
  • Provide daily supervision, training, and development of staff to meet agency, program, and regulatory standards.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and supervise staff accordingly.
  • Participate in all assigned meetings, supervisions, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mental Health, Counseling, or Social Work; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with transition-age youth.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficient in managing work processes and strong computer skills for documentation.
  • Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • On-call responsibilities may be required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
