Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Space Planner to join our team at LaBella Associates. As a key member of our Program Management division, you will be responsible for providing expert space planning and management services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Space Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive space planning strategies to optimize office and mixed-use space utilization.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple high-priority projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business unit representatives, manufacturing, and engineering teams, to capture program and customer requirements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain accurate occupancy databases, provide reporting to ensure cost allocation, and analyze data to inform space planning decisions.
  • Design and Implementation: Develop design concepts, AutoCAD drawings, and scope of work for facilities engineering estimates, and implement office hoteling and 'free address' solutions to optimize space utilization.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related facilities field, with a minimum of six years of job-related experience, or a graduate degree with four years of experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in space planning, interior design, restacking plans, master planning, space analysis, move management, and AutoCAD drafting. Experience with Archibus Space Planning database module or other Integrated Workplace Management System platforms.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to obtain a US security clearance, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
