Position Overview
As an Emergency Room Nursing Specialist, you will deliver critical care in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments and provide immediate treatment to patients facing urgent medical issues in a bustling emergency department.
2. Administer medications and perform necessary procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients and achieve the best possible outcomes.
3. Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment, making adjustments to care plans as required to meet urgent needs.
4. Advocate for patients and facilitate transitions of care, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialized services.
5. Educate patients and their families regarding post-emergency care, follow-up appointments, and available community resources for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification (and any additional certifications as mandated by the facility)
- Minimum of two years of recent experience in an emergency room setting
