Publicity Coordinator

As a Publicity Coordinator at Sartell-St. Stephen Schools, you will work with a team of students to create engaging promotional materials for the 6th Grade Spring Play. Your responsibilities will include designing tickets, posters, and social media artwork, as well as running front-of-house operations during performances. You will also be responsible for taking headshots, decorating the back wall, and taking photos of the show. Additionally, you will help advertise the show by reaching out to local media outlets and creating a pre-show video. This is a great opportunity to develop your creative skills and work with a talented team of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design promotional materials for the 6th Grade Spring Play
  • Run front-of-house operations during performances
  • Take headshots and photos of the show
