Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in CT scanning. This role is responsible for assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and operating CT equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process
- Operate CT equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans
- Collaborate with physicians to determine the best course of action for each patient
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, basic computer proficiency, and excellent communication abilities. A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a focus on continuous learning are also essential for this role.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiography Program or NMTCB-recognized Nuclear Medicine Program
- One year of experience in CT scanning preferred
- Certified and registered by ARRT in CT - RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire; certification in CT - RT(R)(CT) or RT(N)(CT) or CNMT, RT(CT) within 6 months of hire
