We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Novant Health - Agency - Reddot. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Our Diagnostic Imaging Specialists are eligible for a sign-on bonus of $1,000 (new hires only). In this role, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating CT equipment, and interpreting information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to their age-specific needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including providing instructions and answering questions
  • Operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic scans
  • Interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to their age-specific needs
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred; ARRT-approved Radiography Program or Nuclear Medicine Program required
  • Experience: One year of experience in CT preferred
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: NH Medical Center-certified and registered by ARRT in CT-RT(R) or RT(N) or CNMT at time of hire
