We are currently seeking a meticulous and reliable Project Manager to enhance our Project Control team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Program Manager/Director in expanding the capabilities of clients and owners within project organization, planning, administration, and management of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advocate for the owner, providing recommendations that align with their best interests.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication among all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the formulation of contracts and terms.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of the risk management register.
  • Support clients in defining project requirements, budgets, and timelines.
  • Create comprehensive project management and communication strategies.
  • Help establish a project quality plan, ensuring quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in the selection and evaluation of design and construction resources.
  • Coordinate design efforts and assist with project-related meetings.
  • Prepare detailed reports and minutes for project meetings promptly.
  • Review contractor pricing, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, addressing variances as necessary.
  • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
  • Support the company’s strategic initiatives and business development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is highly preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction management is advantageous, along with certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Management Software.
  • Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license is necessary.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of making informed decisions. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs.

This role may involve physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to various environmental conditions typical of construction sites, necessitating adherence to safety protocols and the use of protective equipment.
