Job Summary

The Pine Street Inn is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Awake Overnight Guest Services Specialist to join our team. This is an essential position that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to guests, responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests in developing and implementing a housing pathway, connecting them to resources and services to help them achieve stability.
  • Enter data into the Homeless Management Information (HMIS) system and document reports in accordance with agency policy.
  • Make sound decisions and seek guidance from a supervisor as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the Human Services field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid MA driver's license in good standing
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Administering Narcan and CPR in a work setting
  • Knowledge in the areas of addiction, recovery, and mental illness
  • Knowledge of area resources
Work Schedule

This is a 32-hour per week position, working Sunday through Wednesday, 10:45pm-7:15am. Essential position during weather emergencies.

Compensation

$21.40 per hour, plus $2.00 shift differential pay for every hour worked between 11:00pm-7:00am.
