Job Opportunity: We're seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in the FSP (Full Service Partnership) Program. As a premier provider dedicated to healing children and young adults, strengthening families, and transforming communities through quality comprehensive services and advocacy, Hillsides is looking for a caring Mental Health Therapist in Baldwin Park, CA.

Responsibilities: As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide mental health services to clients and their families participating in the FSP Program. Your responsibilities will include carrying a caseload of 10-12 FSP clients, administrative oversight of client files, and timely completion of goals, annuals, and OMAs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and have a flexible work schedule.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in social welfare or counseling from an accredited college or university. You should have strong knowledge of the Recovery Model, crisis intervention, and systems theory. You must be registered and in good standing with the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) and bilingual in Spanish. A valid California driver's license, driving record, and personal vehicle insurance acceptable to Hillsides' insurance carrier are also required.
